Parents and students will not be able to access the system or register students during this time. Registration will resume when the system is reopened on July 10.

Arrival Dismissal Procedures

Arrival Procedures

No student should arrive to school or enter the building earlier than 7:50 a.m. Given that elementary school starts at 8:10 a.m., car riders and walkers are encouraged to be in place no later than 8:05 a.m.

Bus Riders: MS bus riders will enter through the doors of the MS hallway. All ES bus riders, including Pre-school, will enter the very large doors tucked back near the cafeteria

Car Riders: All car riders will be dropped off by and enter through the doors near the overhang on Magnolia Blvd.

Walkers: All walkers will enter through the doors near the overhang on Magnolia Blvd.

All Students: Upon entering the building in the morning from any location, students in Pre-school, Kinder and 1st will proceed to the gymnasium. Students in 2nd and 3rd will proceed to the cafeteria. Students in 4th-5th will proceed to the auditorium. At the designated area, students are welcome to read, study, or do homework while awaiting their teacher for pick-up at 8:10 a.m. Students in grades 6-8 will report directly to their 1st period class. PM Pre-School students will be met at the overhang on Magnolia Blvd, by the classroom aide or the teacher.

Dismissal Procedures

Pre-K (both sessions) : Bus riders will be walked to the bus pick up area through the very large doors near the cafeteria by the teacher/aide five minutes before dismissal. Car riders and walkers (with parents only) will be brought by the teacher/aide to the overhang on Magnolia Road for pick-up or to walk home.

Kindergarten : Bus riders will be walked to the bus pick up area through the very large doors near the cafeteria by the teacher/aide five minutes before dismissal. Car riders and walkers will be brought by the teacher/aide to the overhang on Magnolia Road for pick-up or to walk home. Walkers must be accompanied by an adult, if under six years old, per base regulation. Aides will stay to help with dismissal until 3:15 p.m. After 3:15 p.m., any remaining students will be brought to the front desk for parent pick-up.

Grades 1-5 : Teachers in grades 1-5 will ensure that students either go to the bus pick up area through the very large doors near the cafeteria or to the car and rider/walker exit near the overhang on Magnolia.

Grades 6-8 : Middle school car riders (grades 6-8) will report to the overhang on Magnolia. Bus riders/walker/bikers will depart the building through the door at the end of the middle school hallway. They will proceed to the bus pick-up area or walk home.
